The company was founded by Renuka Vasu ( R V), who brings over 23 years of professional experience, including 3 years in the healthcare sector. Her journey in medical coding began under strong mentorship and a commitment to continuous learning. She remains deeply grateful to her mentor, whose guidance and support gave her the freedom to understand the role in depth and build the confidence needed to progress successfully in this field.

For the past few years, the work has been carried out through various medical coding services and support activities. With the growing experience and vision to help more aspiring coders, these services have now been officially established under the name Wisdom Wings Healthcare.
